Bouncing Putty is a special polymer putty made of moist,tiny,sticky particles that act like miniature Velcro strips(hook and loop fasteners). Molding the Bouncing putty against an object causes the particles the detach and reattach in the shape of that object. Bouncing Putty can be molded, or is malleable, when it is moist. Chilling the polymer putty causes the moist particles to freeze. This hardens the putty. The putty is moldable again once it warms up. Exposing bouncing putty to air removes the moisture and causes the polymer putty to harden permanently.
